In order to assemble a complete plant, many non-glass accessories are used along with the borosilicate components.

One of the most important is the tubular structure which is used to support the glass plant and all components in a specific orientation. This tubular structure consists of galvanized mild steel tubing with cast iron fittings, which is described in detail in our catalogue.

This type of structure provides enough flexibility for future modifications and is strong enough to support a glass plant. S.S powder coated tubings and structure parts can also be supplied on request basis.

Couplings are used to join pipeline components and glass equipments together to form a complete process system and usually consist of two flanges, inserts, and PTFE O ring joined together with nut and bolt. Quick release coupling is also available depending on the application.
