Depending on operational conditions, such as high pressure requirements, Glass lined reactors are used at times in place of borosilicate glass reactors. However, the remaining assembly on top of the GLR is made of glass only.
Ablaze has expertise in providing complete units consisting of Glass lined reactors along with relevant glass assembly, and accessories of glass or MS-PTFE. Hence a complete solution is provided to customer for various production scale plants.
Different types of assemblies such as distillation unit, fractional distillation unit are provided along with coil condensers or shell and tube heat exchangers, depending on the process requirements and conditions. The distillation column may be normal or with random packing in the form of raschig rings, etc.
