Glass Pressure Relief Valve

With increased focus on safety, Ablaze has introduced Pressure Relief Valve of Glass, to protect the reactors and prevent accidents at site.

The Glass Pressure Relief Valve is a specialized valve designed to automatically open when the system pressure exceeds a pre-set pressure value, and the gas/liquid is released partially, thus, maintaining the optimum system pressure. This helps protect glass vessels and other equipment from being subjected to pressure conditions exceeding their design pressure limits and helps avoid accidents.

The valve is a self-sufficient device, capable of opening at predetermined pressure limits, without any electrical power or outside control. The valve is made of Borosilicate 3.3 glass and PTFE and is suitable for use with most chemicals due to the chemical resistance properties of the materials used.

The maximum operating temperature is 150°C.
